SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY  

Runway Styled ships orders via Canada Post, after the 10-21 business days processing time. Expedited service is available, please email us at  [email protected] for details. Domestic shipping within Canada costs $26.00 and is delivered within 2-5 business days after shipment. International Shipment costs $55.00 via Canada Post and is delivered within 5-10 business days after shipment. Shipping confirmation and tracking information are available via email as soon as your order ships. With the use of the tracking number provided, a package can be tracked on the Canada Post website. Runway Styled ships internationally via Canada Post, and DHL and is not responsible for any fees (customs fees or taxes) associated with the shipment upon delivery. All shipping charges are non-refundable as it is a carrier charges. Runway Styled does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and shipping address from our showroom in Toronto, Canada. Runway Styled is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the carrier itself and any lost or stolen packages. 

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

Construction of each garment begins immediately after purchase - hence we cannot offer refunds or cancellations. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, merchandise purchased from Runway Styled for size exchange only. We offer a one-time exchange only and that includes size exchanges on styles displayed on our website. Upon receipt of the order, the customer must email Runway Styled at [email protected] for Return Authorization. Custom-made to-order styles are not eligible for exchange and are a final sale. Please note: Styles not displayed in our collection on our website shall be constituted as a custom style order and will only qualify for size. Original shipping fees are also non-refundable and will not be included as part of the store credit. Exchange shipping which covers shipping back the original garment and receiving the new garment is payable by the customer before shipping. Each customer shall only be allowed one (1) exchange per original purchase.
We encourage customers to keep in mind our processing time above before placing orders and we ask that you place your order early, if you would like to receive your order by a specific date, please include it in the notes before submitting your order. Once orders are placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
